Strengths:

Shelby is an extremely long forward who shoots the ball very well from mid-range with a quick release. Shelby’s standing reach is 8’0″ and she uses her length to create problems for other forwards and centers trying to shoot over her, to block and alter shots in the paint and to get her hands on rebounds that seem out of her zone.

Shelby has developed into a very good shooter and is ideal for drawing the opposing bigs away from the basket or pick and pop situations. Shelby is a capable three point shooter with a nice release and she is quickly developing in this regard as this is her first summer to consistently shoot three pointers.

Shelby will continue to develop as she adds strength and weight to her frame at the college level.
